Refund Policy

BONGO Trust sells digital products. Refund requests are reviewed based on delivery status and technical validity.

Refund may be approved if a product key/account is invalid and replacement cannot be provided within reasonable support time.

Refund is not applicable after successful activation, successful account login, or when misuse/violation is confirmed.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method where available.
